The P9 Lite's mainboard is shielded by a metal plate. You'll need to remove it to access the test point. Locate and remove the small screws securing it. The exact test point location can vary slightly by model ( VNS-L21 , VNS-L31 , PRA-LX1 , etc.). For the Kirin 659-based P9 Lite, the test point is typically a small, unpopulated solder pad near the edge of the board. It's often marked "TP" or is simply a bare copper pad. For the 2017 model (PRA-LX1), the test point is located near the bottom of the board.
