You did not run the installer as Administrator. Uninstall loopMIDI, reboot, right-click the installer, and select Run as Administrator . Also, ensure that Windows 11 Core Isolation (Memory Integrity) is not blocking the driver. You can check this in Windows Security > Device Security > Core Isolation Details .
