Ricky Spanish is frequently described as Roger's "most evil and widely hated alter ego." He is so horrible that even Roger himself, the actor playing the role, is terrified of the persona. The character is defined by minimalist dialogue—almost exclusively uttering the words "Ricky Spanish" in a menacing whisper—and a reputation for cruel, heartless, and unspeakable acts of chaos, such as kicking an elderly woman in the crotch in front of a Boy Scout or using a flamethrower in a petting zoo.
The video opened on a handheld shot. No intro. The woman—presumably Lilly James, though she looked nothing like the famous actress—was sitting on a floral couch. A man’s voice, gravelly and bored, spoke from behind the camera.
