Windows sometimes disables USB devices to save electricity. Go to Device Manager, right-click your adapter, select Properties, open the Power Management tab, and uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power." ky-888 usb ethernet driver
If it's not working, check "Network adapters" in your Device Manager to see if it's listed as "Realtek USB GBE Family Controller". right-click your adapter
If downloaded as a ZIP file, extract it completely to a local folder. open the Power Management tab
