In 2025, Rockstar Games released the GTA V Enhanced Edition for PC. This version includes ray-traced shadows and reflections, DLSS/FSR support, and upgrades previously reserved for next-generation consoles. On rare occasions, a user may be missing the PlayGTAV.exe file even after a verification. A potential workaround, though not ideal, is to create an empty text file and name it PlayGTAV.exe in the game directory.
