The emergence of the “mommy influencer” has reshaped digital marketing and parenthood narratives. This paper examines the social media strategy and professional career of the persona “SpicySweetOne Mommy Roo” (hereafter SS Roo), a hypothetical but representative micro-influencer who navigates the tension between raw, unfiltered parenting (“spicy”) and idealized, nurturing content (“sweet”). Utilizing a content analysis framework, this study argues that SS Roo’s success hinges on her ability to manage performative authenticity, leveraging engagement metrics to transition from amateur content creator to a diversified career in affiliate marketing, branded partnerships, and digital product sales.
