The first boot after installing a new ROM can take up to 10–15 minutes. If it takes longer or continuously restarts, boot back into TWRP (Volume Up + Home + Power), perform a Factory Reset (Wipe > Swipe to Factory Reset), and flash the ROM zip file again.
